Inboard/Outboard Repair
The block was bored out .030 and re-ringed with over sized and shorter pistons because the head was re surfaced .020. New Gaskets, seals, o-rings and roller bearings.
Engine installed. Ran great no problems. This 140 is now about a 155 HP. Completed 12/18\2010
Block cleaned and ready to assemble.
Reed valves cleaned and were good.
Carbs on and ready for electrical components to be assembled. I don't know why the picture looks like it does. It didn't download that way. More pics to come.
140 HP Mercruiser. Full of water in need of a rebuild. We pulled it and overhauled it 10/15/10
Re-assembling to install back in vessel. 
200 Hp Yamaha. Salt Water Series. Low compression and corroded from salt water. Rebuild isn't easy. Many hours cleaning and soaking and re-threading bolt holes.
Full of corrosion.
